Process
Phone interview and then a 1:1 interview with the VP, hiring manager, and technical manager. Each interview took 30 minutes. The managerial and VP interviews are behavioral and concentrate on how the person will fit into the team and whether the team will be able to work well together. The technical interview was about SQL and going over your resume.

Pros: Nice people, good benefits.
The company is not publicly held, so things are stabler than other large tech companies.
There's a lot of opportunity for growth if you stay in the company.
Many people stay for a long time because there is opportunity for good work-life balance.
Cons: Business runs everything, ultimately.
Many restrictions and blockers exist because of security and the scale of their projects.
If you work in tech, this gets in the way of innovation and using the newest technologies.
The difficulty and pressure of the job depends on the project you have.
The project I was working on was very high profile and very high pressure.
