I attended the interview with Fidelity Investments (Ramanujan IT City, Chennai) in February.

I had three rounds of interviews: Telephonic, Technical, and HR discussion. All of them were to get insights about your skills and behaviors.

All the recruiters were very kind and keen on listening to your job experiences. If you are very strong in your analytical and technical skills, then there won't be any problem unless they need a resource with those particular skills. Otherwise, they don't consider interviewing people.

After clearing all the rounds in a positive way, I was asked to wait for a couple of days or so to get an offer letter. However, the position was put on hold, and I did not receive any offer letter.

I contacted the HR, and they told me that the position I had applied for had been closed.

Nevertheless, I kept applying for jobs, and the HR (really helpful) contacted me again for another opening. The same rounds happened, and finally, I got the offer and accepted it!
