Process
The interview process was pretty straightforward and consisted of two interviews. Each was a panel interview with three QA Managers. The questions that were asked the most were the normal interview questions and a few technical questions.

The most unexpected question involved stating a query to return results impromptu.

Pros: Free cabs and Sodexo passes.
No job stress.
Job security.
Cons: No scope for improvement, as you would be in non-technical work mostly in the case of QA.

Pros: Good work environment.
Good benefits.
Some projects have good technology and scope to learn.
Investment banking domain in some projects, so learning will keep you occupied (if you like it, though).
Not too much work pressure most of the year; sometimes you will need to stretch, but that is the norm in every IT project, so no complaints.
Great place for developers as they get higher salaries and other monetary benefits.
Cons: QA management is spineless and they think it is an overhead for the project. They don't care for QA folks.
Decision making is US-centric, so your voice will not be heard much.
High level of politics (norm in every company, I suppose).
Commitment to India operations is questionable (won't be surprised if it closes in 5 years).
Growth will be painfully slow at the bottom level but faster at SPM and above levels.
