Pros: I was given a new full-stack application using Angular and Express which had a great learning curve and really made me understand the end-to-end building, testing and deployment of a modern Web App. Had an amazing support system with two senior engineers who literally helped up step-by-step during some parts, and highly friendly managers who motivated us throughout with prompt feedback.

Cons: As an intern, I found no cons or downsides working here. Maybe the compensation was a little low compared to the industry standard, but as an intern, the main goal is to learn as much as possible, which was definitely achieved.

Pros: Good place. Great people to work with.

Cons: Unless you work in 401k or personal investments, they really don’t care about you.

Pros: My internship at Fidelity was an incredible experience that exceeded all my expectations. I received strong mentorship from experienced engineers who were always willing to guide me, review my code, and help me grow. Fidelity invests heavily in training, and I had the chance to work with real industry technologies including Python, Flask, AWS (DynamoDB, S3), Docker, Snowflake, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins. I wasn’t just shadowing; I owned meaningful backend development tasks for a cloud operations project, built RESTful APIs, and collaborated closely with the frontend team. The culture is genuinely supportive, team-oriented, and focused on helping interns develop both technically and professionally.

Cons: None major. Fidelity is a large company, so it can take a bit of time to understand the internal tools and request access, but everyone is willing to help.
