Database Administrator
It's a contractor position. It was two one-hour interviews. A total of four people spoke with me. The interview was deep technical. I was able to get the job. After you get shortlisted, their background process takes three to four weeks.

Good. I had 4 rounds of interviews. 1st and 2nd rounds were on the first day. 2nd and 3rd rounds were after a week. Once the tech round finished, the offer rolled out after 2 weeks.

The interview process is very good. The interviewers are not egoists like in other organizations where they will try to prove they are the best. Interviewers will listen to you and then judge you.
