- Growth depends on individual performance, with no crude bucketing principle
- Always empowers employees to innovate and learn new technologies to contribute to the business
- Enables agility to move into different domains as per interest and performance
- Friendly work environment, with leadership that is easy to approach
Cons: - Salary isn't up to other big product company levels.
- There is no availability of snacks like juice, eggs, etc., in the pantry, as many good product companies provide.
- Medical insurance schemes need improvement.
