Pros: The learning day events were good, but lately they have become too focused on politics.
Cons: Your performance doesn’t matter; chapter leaders promote people based on personal preferences. They can always find a reason to advance those they favor. This is especially bad in CAPE Ireland.

Great Company That Really Cares About Its Employees

Pros: Great working environment, great retirement plan, amazing people, interesting work, and lots of mobility possibilities.
Cons: It's a large company, so there's a lot of corporate jargon and initiatives that you have to deal with, but it's pretty manageable considering.
