Three rounds of interviews were done. The first was technical, the second was managerial, and then the HR round. The technical round was fully on Java Spring Boot questions. The managerial round was a bit tricky, asking about real-scenario use cases, such as unit test cases for a customer's address.

Most of the actual development work is done by the US associates, and Indian associates are expected to do support and maintenance work.

Pros: I have worked with three different teams as a part of my internship and full-time employment. Everyone has always been very supportive and welcoming. It is a great place to work in as a fresher.
Cons: Not very flexible on WFH policy.
