Pros: Great people and work/life balance.

Cons: Requirement of 2-4 weeks a month in office.

Pros: Super nice managers that care.

Cons: Sometimes not a lot to do, but it's an internship.

Pros: Very accommodating for anything regarding hours. I got to work directly in active teams, gaining good real-world experience. Paid internship. Subsidized canteen on campus + free tea/coffee. Excellent upper management. A lot of effort was given to providing us with training programs based on what we were interested in. Free subscriptions to Safari Books along with other training websites.

Cons: Work was pretty mundane. It's difficult to move between areas if you're not interested in what you're doing. Internship experience varies wildly depending on where you end up. It's very much a "you get out what you put in" internship. You can end up with nothing to do if you don't make an effort to seek out work.
