Process
The first round was a technical round and it was superfine. The interviewer was nice and interactive.
The next one was the HR round. The interviewer seemed to be uninterested in taking the interview and was also not interactive. However, a few of my friends who got selected had good interviewers. So, it depends on the interviewer you get.

They asked me, "Tell me about your projects," and "Why should we hire you?"

Pros: The people there love coming to work and built an environment where people feel comfortable joking around and having fun, while still being serious and doing a good job when they need to.
Cons: The company is big, so you may need to jump over some hurdles to get logistical things out of the way. The company being big also means your experience can vary, since different business units can feel like different companies altogether.

Pros: Small organization in India; high level of client support and a lot of work on development projects. Good exposure to domain knowledge.
Cons: No onsite opportunities.
Senior management is very poor.
Far away from the city center.
Very bad canteen.
A lot of cost-cutting initiatives are in place.

Pros: None, it's a waste company.
Cons: There is only politics here, nothing else.
Unless you are a Principal engineer, no one cares about you, your benefits, or your learning. It's as if you don't exist in the company.
I would not recommend it for anyone.
But it's a good place for those who don't like to work, just like to keep whining. And guess what, they will be very well rewarded.
