Pros: The people there love coming to work and built an environment where people feel comfortable joking around and having fun, while still being serious and doing a good job when they need to.

Cons: The company is big, so you may need to jump over some hurdles to get logistical things out of the way. The company being big also means your experience can vary, since different business units can feel like different companies altogether.

Pros: My team is great and I really enjoy the work I do.

Cons: Despite being hired as a remote worker at the beginning of COVID, I am now being forced to attend the office for 5 days every 4 weeks. There is no choice regarding the days or which office. The office is over 200k away. Before, Fidelity allowed you to work for up to 20 days from other countries that had a Fidelity office. That was taken away with immediate effect.

Pros: Uses the latest and greatest tech stack, like Angular 16, SCSS for styling, and Figma for designs. A really mature and efficient team with a great work culture.

Cons: Usually there would be a few, but I can't think of any in the case of Fidelity.
