Just two rounds of interviews:
- Phone screening with HR
- Panel interview with 3-4 engineers
Worst interview experience I've ever had. The panel interview with Fidelity went well and I had a good talk with all of them; they were all very nice. However, after the panel interview, they completely ghosted me, with no contact whatsoever. I tried emailing my recruiter and got no response. I emailed him 4 times over the course of a month and not one response. I called the HR person who contacted me about scheduling the interview, and they gave no response either. It's really upsetting that a company can just ghost you with no further mention of anything. It makes you think what else is wrong with the company. To this day on Workday, it still says "interviews in progress" after a month and a half of having done the interview.
