Pros: Employee benefits and salary hikes are quite decent. Recognitions are given equally to all associates based on individual talent and contributions.
Cons: Reduction of team members.
Mobility of associates needs to be well organized.
Management keeps changing every year, so it adds difficulty for associates to keep changing their minds to understand and work with multiple managers for the same project.
The HR group is always favorable to management and less employee friendly.
