Cons: Long hours, intense requirements with tight time-to-market. This may be a turn-off for some, though it's not a personal con.

Large, disorganized project

Pros: Software development on a large project. There was plenty of money being put into it. The tools group was good.
Cons: Lack of any real organization or focus. Mostly using outdated technologies. The development organization was being led by people with very little development experience. Not likely to turn out well.
