Lack of a vibrant mindset among leaders.
Too much politics.
Strict dress code policy.
Huge lack of transparency.

Pros: Competitive environment, free transport, limited free food. Friendly and encouraging management. Time-offs are good. Friendly and free to approach seniors and management.
Cons: Politics for contractors. Not equal treatment for contractors. Gym and other extra facilities not available. Cafeteria food is average.
