Pros: The company is filled with top talent in all quarters: QA, development, architects, project managers, etc. They seem very supportive and willing to help. Unlike many large American companies, most people work their standard hours.

Cons: I wish it was based in town, although the bus service isn't too bad. Some of the bureaucratic controls in place can seem counter-productive, but I guess it's more or less the same in enterprises of this size.

Pros: Other companies only say, but they really care for their employees' transport facility, much, much better than other companies. Easy to change roles, but again, it will affect promotions.

Cons: Promotions are difficult. Hard work is not paid well. Favoritism is so prevalent. Getting access is a long process, and HVD is the worst.

Pros: The company has great benefits and many opportunities to move around (lateral movement). I held many positions and learned a lot in each.

Cons: Pay is low and career advancement (upwards) is difficult. Promotions are almost impossible to get. Management does not recognize the outstanding work that their employees do. Re-orgs are very common, happening about every 6 months. Your manager never really gets the opportunity to know you and your skills.
