Too Many Meetings, Micromanagement

Pros: From my experience, I can't think of anything except for the free coffee and biscuits.
Cons: Too many meetings, too many follow-ups, micromanagement, not-so-friendly staff, very serious atmosphere.

Flexible timings and work-from-home option.
Cons: Your life here depends a lot on your manager.
Raises are bad.
Many tech leads are pretty stupid and not fit to be in their position.
