There was a written round initially, where they asked English-based questions, logical puzzles, pseudocode for one problem, and one programming question as well.
The people who cleared this round were sent to the next one, which was the interview round.
The interviewer went through my resume and asked me to walk him through it. They asked DSA questions and some logic-based questions as well.

Pros: Great work-life balance and benefits. Good 401k match. An extra 10% of total compensation is added into your 401k at the end of the year (this is vested). Good team members.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a little dependent on the team.

Pros: Location (for Boston employees), multiple fringe benefits. Some good middle managers. It really depends which part of Fidelity you work for, though. FMR is the way to go, with less likelihood of being outsourced or downsized.
Cons: Lack of opportunity for career advancement in IT.
Locations (non-Boston).
There is an unspoken expectation in some departments that you will work above your normal hours and not complain or expect any compensation for the time.

Pros: Good remote work culture, excellent retirement benefits, good pay, and other benefits.
Cons: Crunch culture can still be alive and well at times here, usually 2-4 months per year in crush mode.
Lots of process stuff is wrapped around everything, which can be good but I feel is mostly bad.
For example, you won't be pushing code into production willy nilly, but if you want a new computer mouse it's a 3-day ticket and requires manager approval.
