Single day, two interviews. One technical and one personal. There was a final panel to ask questions about the Leap program and next steps. The recruiters include a tour of 1 Destiny Way as well.

After meeting at a college fair on campus, they called me and asked me to apply for the position online. Then, a phone screen was done before they called me for an interview. They have two rounds of interview: behavioral and technical.

The interview process went very well! I received a text message from a recruiter, and we scheduled a phone interview. During the phone interview, they told me I advanced to the second round, which would take place over Zoom with a Fidelity Engineer.
