Cons

They try to pass themselves off as a technology company that happens to be in finance. For the most part, they try quite hard to maintain this image. Unfortunately, they, like all other companies in the finance field, always seem to slow to try something new. Managers are overloaded with work and meetings, making them hard to reach and at times completely out of the loop. This also causes problems with guidance and mentorship.

Advice to Management

Make teams smaller so that managers are more accessible.

When putting new graduates through Leap, make sure that teams taking new members have mentors available and ready to take on a new mentee.
