Company needs to stop cost-cutting on employees' benefits (internet allowance, shift allowance, weekend allowance).
I love working at your firm and would kindly advise to restore allowances for the above.

It's a contractor position. It was two one-hour interviews. A total of four people spoke with me. The interview was deep technical. I was able to get the job. After you get shortlisted, their background process takes three to four weeks.
