Pros

There is no space to move up.

It's a nice company if you want to spend your last few years of your career relaxing and making money for not doing work and playing TT. It is left to you to take up initiative and work or give up and stay relaxed.

The company provides a good environment to explore different domains, and training is emphasized.

Cons

Old management. The directors barely know you or recognize you.

Pay is not great.

Major work happens in the US; majorly support work happens in India.

Advice to Management

Motivation... keep the team informed of the future plans.

Help shape career paths... more feedback and keep everyone in the loop.
