Lead Engineer
I got a call from Fidelity HR and scheduled a telephonic interview. It went very well. After a few days, HR called me to come for a face-to-face interview. I went there, and the second technical round also went fine. Then there was a manager round. F

The overall virtual interview took one day. The next day, they informed me that I was selected. The onboarding and offer letter release process took longer. I had to call them and inquire each time.

The final round was a 1-hour Zoom call where we talked about my resume before jumping into some easy technical questions. It was a very chill interview; they mostly seem to be assessing you behaviorally.
