Pros

Work culture, salary structure, recognition, and work-life balance.

Cons

Many legacy systems and the level of risk the company takes to modernize are also slow, which makes the work boring over time.

Fidelity, as a company, is a great place to be, but a few bosses make life harder.

Compensation from Fidelity used to be more than par a few years back, but currently, it is lower than what any service company provides.

Advice to Management

Fidelity was known for its good compensation, but not anymore. Kindly restructure the compensation.

The company always hires people managers from outside, rather than training or developing someone from within. This makes people move outside with many years of knowledge, instead of growing along with Fidelity.
