- Inconsistent guidance around the future of hybrid working and how many days in office will be required, as they will likely increase.
- Managers have no control over remote work requests; upper leadership dictates all decisions.
- Zoom calling global teammates from an office sitting by yourself.
Allow more flexibility on the technology side for 100% remote work, as other companies are doing.
If 100% remote work will not be allowed, make a decision on a hybrid schedule and stick with it.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
