Cons

The so-called technical managers will screw your life in every aspect.

They will make lateral new joiners scapegoats for their own execution and process flaws.

No formal knowledge transfer for lateral new joiners.

10% work, 90% meetings and so-called process sessions.

HRs have no role.

No independence; new ideas are never appreciated.

Managers force their ideas on associates.

For negligible human error, expect long hour lectures from managers. But you will never get appreciation for a successful release.

Horrible release framework... you require permission for even the development environment.

At the end, one requires peace of mind, not money... you will never get peace.

Advice to Management

Respect lateral entries. They come from reputed organizations far bigger and more established than yours. If current trends of no respect to lateral entries continue, your survival in India will be at stake.
