The company culture is very good, with many events organized regularly and different groups that meet regularly on all aspects, including diversity, technology, and more.
Managers are, in general, down-to-earth and approachable.
Salaries are just average. This is offset by good benefits, but take-home pay is not the best.
Recognize true talent and invest more on those people.
