They require people to work one week from the office, giving three weeks from home. Also, during the week in the office, there are a lot of extra activities, making the day more smooth.
Worth mentioning that the company has a learning day on each finished sprint to learn any topic of your choice.
Not allowing employees to work from abroad in any circumstance. The bureaucracy to onboard new projects or even request permissions is very hard. It is also very hard to contact people that are over your position.
