Fidelity Investments

Interview lasted for 1 hour with 3 interviewers. Questions were basic Java and database. I was referred by a friend in Fidelity and got the chance directly from the hiring manager, but never heard the feedback after the interview, unfortunately.

Face to face. Requirement was for application packaging @ FMR, Bangalore. It was a 15-minute interview. 12-13 minutes were spent on the non-technical part only, like the process we follow in our current company. Only two technical questions were ask

HR screening, plus technical screening, plus management screening, followed by HR offer. The technical interview was with respect to technical coding, since the position involved coding requirements. Competitive salary as per industry standards.
