They start by introducing the LEAP program. After that, you introduce yourself and tell them why you want to work there. You explain your experience in the front-end and back-end separately. Next, you explain your experience with different frameworks

1. Standard phone screen. 2. Interview with the manager (some personality questions, largely technical). 3. Two interviews with two members of the team each (questions are probably half personality/half technical). The interviews are pretty packed
