Pros

Great career support and a very fair employer. I was sponsored to work here, and they organized my visa – a very seamless experience.

Cons

The reviews and bonuses were capped, and managers appeared to have their favorites. I left and was going to reapply, but they are now running a one-week-a-month in-office policy. This does not work for me as a working mother.

Advice to Management

I don't believe one week in the office should be mandatory, especially for working parents who are very hands-on with their children. I live too far away and would have to stay in a hotel or B&B for the week; that's not even affordable. The company will lose out on great candidates and hurt itself in the long run.
