They give good money to a few people, only to laterals, and only once.
It sucks when it comes to the environment. I'm not sure if it's only my project or all over Fidelity.
The hike is negligible.
Please be mindful of the environment your senior management creates. Their focus is only on politics, and don't let junior employees focus completely on work. Keep them out of your stupid mind games.
