The work culture is great. Senior management is easily approachable. Perks are good. In terms of Security and Safety, it is a good company.
You don't get to work on new technology. Or your project doesn't change. Since it is a financial company, they give more importance to security and safety rather than working with cutting-edge technology. You will get stuck in the process and won't learn much on the technology side.
