Friendly environment and flexible hours
The salary package has not been increased for the past 5 years.
To avoid increasing it, they have stopped recruiting from premium institutes.
Terrible offboarding experience with minimal support from HR for documents etc. Did not even have an exit interview.
The higher management only uses flowery language to give the illusion of a perfect work environment, yet provides nothing to the employees.
Please provide more benefits to employees if you want to keep up with competing companies for the best candidates. Old, traditional ways of HR management and administration will get the India team nowhere.
