- Good to start a career.
- Not a "from scratch" project.
- Gradually converting into a service-based culture (technical managers quitting, non-technical scrum masters becoming product owners).
- No direction for the BU as everything is all set, hence mostly work on POCs. (That too, even if team members allow you to take work. Fight for existence!)
- Hikes used to be good, but the service-based culture is making them less so.
Strong interview levels can ensure skilled employees only get into the organization.
