Less compensation. Too much dependence on the US for decision-making. Fewer opportunities for freshers. Very difficult to get promotions. Innovation is forced on everybody. No value for performance in deliverables and day-to-day work. Cost-cutting is happening across the organization.
- Try to retain key talents.
- Don't force innovation on everybody.
- Give importance to good performance in day-to-day work also (not fancy things).
- Give good compensation to young talents.
