Good work-life balance and the culture is nice.
Too slow and pay is not great.
Overall, the interview was easy. There were basic Java OOO questions, followed by a programming assignment. I was given two weeks to complete the programming assignment. The review of the programming assignment for the onsite was an hour long.
4 interviews with 2 panels. 1. Phone screen. 2. Behavioral + 2 technical interviews, both panels. Quick process. Everyone was friendly and nice. Hiring manager was also great; salary was low.
First HR screening, 2 rounds - 1 technical and 1 hiring manager. The technical round is a joke here. If your interviewer is a South Indian guy, he will literally ask you yes/no questions as he does not like you already!
