Great work-life balance
Great work-life balance. This can be team dependent, but it is very rare to be pulled into work during off-hours or on the weekend. People are generally friendly and are understanding of the need to prioritize family life over work when necessary.
The pay could be better, especially compared to what other software engineers are making at other companies.
The Westlake office is very full during connect weeks, and flex seating makes it hard to find a desk after 9:30 AM.
