Laid back, everyone is very friendly. You have a lot of job security if you have an inkling of an idea of how tech works and got your foot in the door.
They have absolutely abysmal tech practices, lower pay than their competitors, despite the fact that they should be paying more in order to catch up in tech debt, and a bad interview process.
