Pathetic canteen. You don't get anything apart from lunch.
Growth is slow due to tons of HR policies. For example, join as an associate and wait 18 months to complete in the team as per policy. In order to move to a different team after that, get a 6-month grace period to apply. If you don't get into a different team, then you have to accept a promotion as a software engineer again, and you're blocked for 18 months. So, from associate to software engineer and staying as a software engineer, you will end up 4 years in the company. Forget about senior; it will take 4+2 years to become senior and 6+4 years to lead. Now you guys understand what slow growth means.
Workload is high. There is no appreciation for the work you do.
If you join this company as a senior software engineer, then the salary is good. For mid-level, it is the same as other company standards.
Approval is needed for each and every idea. First of all, managers don't appreciate your ideas; they just listen and implement them themselves and take the credit.
Please change HR policies and appreciate the work we do. It's a great company, but no one will stick if there is no growth.
