Good company to work for
Competitive environment, free transport, limited free food. Friendly and encouraging management. Time-offs are good. Friendly and free to approach seniors and management.
Politics for contractors. Not equal treatment for contractors. Gym and other extra facilities not available. Cafeteria food is average.
Everything looks good as of now. Management is friendly. In some cases, management is not treating contractors equally as full-timers. That needs to change.
