I got the interview from one of the consultancies, and the first round was technical. Java Spring, Hibernate, and other Java-related technology questions were asked. The questions were average.
They focused mostly on upcoming new technologies and my experience in them.
The second round was the manager round. It was more about my previous experience, roles and responsibilities, how I innovate, and tested how I adapt to upcoming technologies.
Then came the final HR round, which was more of a self-introduction. Finally, it ended up in a salary discussion, and the results were announced the next day.
