Great company to work for. Amazing work ethic.
Lags way behind the technology curve, by at least 8 to 9 years.
I used a recruiter who suggested that I try for this company, even though I initially wanted to get into a tech company. I first had a phone screen before meeting with the hiring manager. Next, I met with another manager and then a few team members.
The initial round was an online aptitude test with 20 quantitative aptitude/data interpretation type of questions along with 15 verbal reasoning questions. The time given for this was 50 minutes. There was a +1 awarded for each correct answer and -0
Firstly, a written round takes place. Those who clear this round go to the interview round. Then, the HR round is conducted. On these bases, the candidate is selected for Fidelity. It took almost 2 days for them to decide. It was a campus placement.
