Onsite: Two coding, two system design, project presentation, hiring manager.

Reference calls were also included.

They have their own leveling, but the above is probably similar for both senior and staff roles.

The coding questions were not LeetCode, which was refreshing and favored execution and passing their test cases.

The internal culture, based on the interviews, indicated it had a lot of well-rounded and smart folks working there.

However, I would say this is not the place to interview for in a rush; the process is long and demanding compared to traditional companies.
