Pros: There is nothing good to say about this place.
Cons: Toxic environment.
Worst managers ever, especially the VP of R&D.
No work-life balance – work, work, work. You are 24/7/365 on duty. I've never seen a workplace that fires so many people.

Pros: Fireblocks is fast-paced; you keep getting hit with new requests for improvements and new capabilities.
Working constantly to stay at the top of the business.
A clear vision on where to be in a few years.
Cons: In many cases, we're required to stop working on projects as new ones appear.
This leaves us with technical debt to handle later.
Getting back to projects is harder in terms of prioritization.
