I had a very bad experience as an engineer at Fireblocks.
The atmosphere at R&D is toxic.
Lots of people are leaving or getting kicked because they don't act according to the bad practices forced by top managers.
Bad recruiting leads to lots of people not fitting.
It feels like HR doesn't exist. How do I know? Check how many people have left during the last year.
There is no retention. Management has proved many times that they don't care about "people and culture" - they are disconnected and not sincere with themselves.
Engineering managers at Fireblocks are very bad. Politics are at the center - all the time, all around.
There are almost no decent managers here at all because of the toxic practices adopted by top managers.
Politics are everywhere, and if you don't obey the crazy ideas of these top managers and their policies, you will eventually get kicked out.

Replace top managers. Invest in culture and social connection inside the company.
