The facilities were good, but I didn’t experience any positives in the company culture.
My time at Fireblocks was disappointing.
- The workplace was toxic, with favoritism and inflated egos undermining professionalism.
- Management excluded employee input, leaving many feeling undervalued.
- Women returning from maternity leave faced troubling treatment, including dismissals.
- HR also displayed unethical and unprofessional behavior, further damaging the work environment.
Eliminate favoritism, enforce ethical HR practices, and hold management accountable for creating a fair, inclusive, and professional workplace.
