The HR Director was very professional, informative, and transparent. She sent me as much information as possible regarding each step, including what I was to expect, resource links, and the structure of the interview.
The interviewers were organized and respectful. They threw a few curveballs that I couldn't fully answer, but were understanding.
They made time to give detailed feedback on presentations, including areas for improvement in presentation style, handling Q&A, or framing questions. It's rare, but despite the nerves, the people at Fivetran made the interview process enjoyable.
