Process
The process is pretty straightforward:
- Recruiter call
- Technical phone/video coding challenge
- On-site (technical, culture fit, behavioral)
Recruiters and interviewers were great. I solved the coding challenge with the most efficient solution, but was not called back. I found that weird, but maybe I didn’t come off as the right fit.
Questions
I will not go into detail, but I was asked to solve a problem in the most efficient way.
The solution involved BFS search in a grid represented by a matrix.
