The interview with Flexport was a worthwhile experience.
During my onsite, there were a few coding rounds, an architecture interview, and a discussion of past experiences. All interview questions were fair, and all of the interviewers were engaging.
During lunch, I also had a chance to ask more questions about the team and the business. Flexport is unique in that it isn't a "tech" company; it is a company that is enabled by tech. This means that the customers are mostly internal, and the feedback loop for your product could be fairly rapid.
The recruiters were responsive and helpful. They sat down with me post-interview and also had follow-up calls/texts to ensure that I received the right information before other offer deadlines. I'm genuinely appreciative.
I'd prefer not to say.
